Here we have gathered answers to the most common questions about orders, deliveries, payments, and our products. If you can't find what you're looking for, you're always welcome to contact us – we're happy to help you.

 

Orders 

 

📦 How do I place an order?

Choose the poster or framed print you want to buy, select the desired size, and add the product to your cart. Once you're done, proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and complete the payment. Shortly after, you will receive an order confirmation via email, and we will begin preparing your order.

 

✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?

Since all our products are made to order, production usually starts shortly after the purchase is completed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we will of course do our best to help you. If production has already begun, we unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancellations.

 

📧 Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! Immediately after completing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive another email with tracking information so you can easily follow the delivery. If you cannot find the order confirmation, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

 

Shipping and delivery

 

🚚 How long is the delivery time?

All our products are made to order. Production time is usually 1–5 business days, after which your order will be shipped. The total delivery time is normally 3–10 business days, depending on your country of residence and chosen shipping method.

 

🌍 Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to most of Europe. If your country is available at checkout, it means we can deliver there. If you are unsure, you are always welcome to contact us before placing your order.

 

💰 What are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost depends on the delivery country and is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. No hidden fees will be added after the order has been placed.


📍 How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. There you can follow your package's journey all the way to delivery. If you have not received a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us, and we will help you.

🖼️ Is the frame included?

We offer both posters without frames and framed prints. Framed prints are delivered pre-assembled, and whether a product is sold with or without a frame is always clearly stated in the product title and product description.

 

📄 What paper are your posters printed on?

Our posters are printed on high-quality premium matte paper (200 gsm) with a smooth, exclusive finish that minimizes reflections and enhances the motif's colors and details. The paper is durable and carefully selected to provide a professional result that lasts over time.

 

📐 What sizes are available?

Available sizes vary between different motifs. You can find the offered sizes on each product page before adding your order to the cart.

 

🎨 Can the colors differ from what I see on the screen?

Yes, minor color differences may occur. Screens display colors differently depending on settings, brightness, and device. We do our best to ensure that the images on the website accurately reflect the colors of the motifs.

 

Payments

 

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We offer several secure payment options to make your purchase as easy as possible. Depending on the country you are shopping from, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other local payment methods. The payment options available to you are always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

🔒 Is it safe to shop with you?

Yes. Your security is important to us. Sofistic Designs uses Shopify's secure checkout system, where all payment information is encrypted and processed by certified payment providers. We never store your card details, which means you can shop safely and securely with us.

 

Returns and complaints 

↩️ Can I return a product?

Yes. If you reside within the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received your order. If you wish to return a product, please contact us first, and we will send you instructions and the correct return address. For a return to be approved, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. In the event of a cancelled purchase, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

📦 What do I do if my order is damaged?

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the product has been damaged during transport or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us before returning the item. Send your order number, a description of the defect, and clear pictures of the product and packaging. We recommend contacting us within 7 days of delivery so that we can handle the matter as quickly as possible. If the complaint is approved, we will send a replacement product or offer another suitable solution at no extra cost.

 

❌ What do I do if I have received the wrong product?

If you have received the wrong product, the wrong size, or an item that deviates significantly from your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Send your order number along with a description of the error and clear pictures of the received product. Once we have reviewed the case, we will ensure that you receive the correct product or offer another suitable solution, at no extra cost if the error is ours.

🖤 Are you a Swedish company?

Yes! Sofistic Designs is a Swedish company run by me, Sofie. The idea behind the store is to offer a wide range of posters and prints so that more people can find motifs that suit their style and home. Although the company is run from Sweden, we currently deliver to customers in large parts of Europe.

 

🌍 Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are made to order through carefully selected production partners. To reduce delivery times and unnecessary transport, your order is produced as close to the delivery address as possible when feasible. This way, we can offer high quality while reducing our environmental impact.

 

🌱 Why are products made to order?

All our products are manufactured only when an order is placed. This means we avoid unnecessary overproduction and large inventories, while also providing you with a newly produced, high-quality product. It is a more sustainable way to offer a wide range without compromising on quality.
